1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Checkimate plugin and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Checkimate provides a premium WooCommerce checkout replacement plugin billed at $49.99/year. Your active subscription grants you access to updates, support, and the license server functionality.
2. License and Usage
Checkimate is licensed, not sold. Your $49.99 annual subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Checkimate plugin on your WooCommerce stores for as long as your subscription remains active.
- You may not redistribute, resell, or lease the plugin to third parties.
- Trial periods are limited to 7 days from the first activation.
- Expired licenses will result in the plugin gracefully falling back to the default WooCommerce checkout.
3. Data Capture and Privacy
Checkimate's live data capture feature synchronizes cart abandonment data directly to your own WordPress database. We do not store, process, or sell your customers' operational data on 3rd-party servers. As the store owner, you are entirely responsible for ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and any other relevant privacy laws concerning your customers' data.
4. Liability
In no event shall Checkimate be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
5. Subscription Renewals and Cancellations
Your subscription will automatically renew at $49.99/year unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your license will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
