1. Information We Collect
When you purchase Checkimate or contact our support, we collect your name, email address, and order history. We use secure third-party processors (Stripe/PayPal) for all payments and do not store your credit card information.
2. Checking License Status
The Checkimate plugin running on your website will periodically ping our license server (Checkimatenow.com) to verify your license status. This request only transmits your license key and the domain name where the plugin is activated.
3. Your Customers' Data
Checkimate's specific "Live Sync" and "Cart Recovery" features process information entered by your customers on your website. This data is synced directly to YOUR WordPress database. Checkimate Digital does not have access to, nor do we store any of your customers' personal data on our own servers.
4. Communication
If you hold an active license, you will receive important service updates, license renewal reminders, and occasional feature announcements via email. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.
